Winter 2007 Life Drawings

I have been working on my portfolio for co-op internship for the past while. Here's a small preview for now of some of the new artwork/designs I have been working on. There's alot more. I will post more of them in an upcoming post soon.

And here are some of my life drawings from this past semester. I have been working on designing the figure as well as trying to caricature my drawings from life more. It's pretty challenging but really rewarding when the drawings turn out~

Some of these have a really great sense of space and form compared to the ones from last term. And I see you've started pushing the forms and shapes a lot more. Keep it up, Jinny!

hey really good stuff jinny. I like the first pen line drawing very stylish, its a lil busy with the wrinkles but you can always tone that down with colours. CG THEM!

oh and ps, 6/7 drawings are back views, you know what Gerry is gonna say. :P

Keep it up!

Thanks Erika!

Thanks Dan. Haha yes, I am on my way with CG'ing them. =) And ya, I heard from Kevin that Gerry doesn't like back views (and doesn't let you hand in those views?). We won't have Gerry till 4th yr. I'll practice some more in the meantime.

awesome, awesome stuff as always Jinny! I like the last life drawing best, especially how you drew her legs and face. The first drawing is cool too, very fashion design-y :3
